The apartment heating and hot water is provided by a gas boiler, there is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, or take advantage of the numerous cafes and restaurants in Saltburn. There is 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Wifi is also available and the TV is linked to the internet and can receive all channels available on freesat, bbc iplayer and itv hub etc. there is an outside covered seating area with bbq and garden available to guests.

The apartment also includes off-road parking behind electric gates. The town is 20 minutes walk away or there is a bus stop 50 metres from the gates. Electric vehicle charging is also available on request.

The apartment is accessible through remote controlled gates that lead to the garden and then steps that lead up to the recently converted 18th century barn, most recently used as a storage area. We are aware that steps may make our apartment difficult to access for some visitors. Dogs are welcome at all times.
